All other categories of data sharing expressly exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. SMS consent, phone numbers collected for text messaging, and related opt-in records will not be shared, sold, rented, transferred, or disclosed to any third party under any circumstances.

This restriction applies solely to SMS and mobile opt-in data and does not limit our ability to use email addresses, phone numbers, cookies, pixels, tracking technologies, analytics tools, or similar identifiers for our own marketing, advertising, analytics, attribution, and business operations, as permitted by law.

This provision is intended to comply with A2P 10DLC messaging regulations, carrier requirements, and applicable U.S. telecommunications laws.

Limitation of Responsibility

Wolf Tech IT Solutions shall not be held responsible or liable for:

  • Data breaches or incidents beyond our direct control
  • Failures of third-party software, hardware, cloud providers, carriers, or upstream vendors
  • Losses caused by force majeure events, internet outages, utility failures, or acts of God
  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages

9. Hold Harmless & Limitation of Liability

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wolf Tech IT Solutions Corp, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Site or services
  • Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
  • Data, content, credentials, or instructions you submit or authorize

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolf Tech IT Solutions’ total aggregate liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by you for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
